Digital Divide Overview

The digital divide is something which is all effecting us in someway or another. Be it perhaps local issues such as not able to recieve a particular service or maybe a global issue such as goverment interference.

However, the digital divide is something which does exist but is trying to be changing. The idea of introducing forms of technlology to basically anyone and everyone is an active proccess. Only time will really tell how the digital divide changes over the years.
